Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a bit of a mixed experience during my stay at The Atrium. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and local attractions, which made it really convenient for my family. However, the service left something to be desired as it felt like the staff could be more engaging. The rooms were mostly clean, but a few things were not ideal. Overall, it's a good spot for families, especially with the indoor pool, but there are definitely areas where improvement could elevate the experience.
The Atrium is a decent spot for a family getaway, with its proximity to the beach and various attractions just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with kitchen facilities, which adds to the convenience. However, the service can be hit or miss, and the overall experience is somewhat overshadowed by a few service mishaps during our stay, especially at checkout. The indoor pool is a nice touch for families, regardless of the weather.
I recently stayed at Atrium Resort and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable, which was a major plus. However, the hotel's remote location and small kitchen area left something to be desired. While the indoor pool was enjoyable, it did feel a bit odd to have it located right in the lobby. Overall, it was a nice stay despite a few shortcomings.
Our stay was wonderfully memorable with incredibly helpful staff and clean rooms. The location was superb, just a short walk to the beach and convenient to everything we wanted to see. We did encounter some issues with renovations, making parts of the hotel a bit inconvenient to navigate. Overall, a great option for families but bring your patience during this transition period.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel during my week-long stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. The room was spacious, and I particularly loved having a fully stocked kitchen which helped save on dining costs. However, the check-in process took longer than expected, and the elevator situation could be improved during busy times. Overall, I felt it was a great experience with just a few minor hiccups.
